What Are Chaats

Dahi Puri

The Dahi Puri is a super delicious starter and are made from refined flour and rolled out in tiny round shapes. These papris are rolled out and then deep-fried for getting the crispy or the crunchy feel. Pani puri shells would be stuffed with a nice mashed potato mix with chickpeas, chopped coriander, and chillies. Then a little bit of curd is beaten smoothly and drizzled over the stuffed dahi puchkas.  A little bit of sev and some tasty chutneys are finally, added for adding an extra punch.

Papdi Chaat

Papdis are crispy flat and round pastry that is rolled out and then deep-fried until they are really crispy. Then a mixture of finely chopped onions, boiled potato, and tomato are garnished with curd and tamarind chutney and other spices such as roasted cumin seeds and chaat masala.

Pani Puri

These are hollow chips that are stuffed with a super-delicious, tangy and spicy mixture of boiled and mashed potato, chickpeas, finely chopped coriander leaves and finely chopped green chillies. Several authentic Indian spice powders are added to the filling. Now, these hollow chips are dipped in tasty and tangy tamarind water and served instantly.

Bhel Puri

This is a truly lip-smacking combination of puffed rice, potato cubes, sev, finely chopped onions, chillies, and coriander leaves. Coconut slices chopped finely and even roasted peanuts are added for the extra punch. Sweet and sour chutney is added to make this sea beach specialty a great hit.
